The approaches used for Fast Growth of e-Commerce start up are as follows:
1) Scoping and Planning : The projects directions which contains the project scope, directives and timelines need a scope and planning of the project. The cost would be in creation of detail design plan
2) Conceptual design and research : Research on the present methodologies, or from other sources will help to develop the model. The design phase incures the cost for creating a structure for the development.
3) Development of Methodology : A detail of the description, for each task are documented and the development is made as per the design. Relevant tools and technologies are being used for this which incures the highest cost in the project.
4) Implementation, testing and revision : This is to be shared with the client for checking and reveiw and once done if any modification is to be done it comes back to the team to work on. Rigorous testing are done to maintain the quality of the product.
