1- The target market -
GO PRO being a american tech company which manufactures video games, action apps, & maily focuses on the action cameras. for its product, the GO PRO adopts psychographic market target method in which it makes its marketing strategies accoding to the lifestyle of the people, attitude of the people, nature of the people etc.
for example people who likes adventures & excitement in thier life syle will be its target market like sports persons, hikers, surfers, bike riders, film makers etc.
no, they don't have multiple target markets as thier products can only meet the demands of certain class of people & they have products which mostly used by youth. as they don't have multiple target markets then they aslo don's compete with each other.

2a- How are employees selected? What types of employees are needed?
employees at GOPRO can be selected by application online on its site or could have get appointment with the help of other third party person/institutions. then interview would be conducted by the HR executives of the company as per thier norms.it could be direct interview or could be done in more than 2 rounds.
at GO PRO employees with skills, knowledge & experience are mostly prefered. they also provide some trainings to freshers but mostly employee who has zeal to learn & condut themselves ethically at work are needed.
