Ans:- There are various advantages of internal and external resources, like:-
a) Internal resources are aware of company culture and they easily mould in any role.
b). Internal resources could be familiar with various employees of the company, which can help them close any problem.
c). External resources can bring in new experiences and fresh ideas to the company.
d). External resources also doesn't have any baggage and they can start something fresh.
There are various disadvantages of internal and external resources, like:
a). Internal resources can have stereotype about working condition cand they would be afraid to try out new things.
b). Internal resources can be complacent in their role and want to remain at their compfort level.
c). External resorces might not fit in company culture and might lose interest in work.
d). External resources might implement their previous company agenda which might not fit in present company culture.
External resources would be better if they are well experienced and qualified to work in other company's environment. Internal resources would have advantage if their experience is used at required place.
