The relationship between these three variables were examined in order to identify the factors that influence successful organizational change in corporations. It was found that transformational leadership style, organizational change readiness, and effective communication are three key factors that influence successful organizational change. Transformational leaders create and provide vision for change and maintain relationship with followers. Organizational readiness involves planning, developing strategies, and implementing change. Specifically, readiness impacts employees’ commitment, beliefs, attitudes, and intentions toward change. Communication provides clarity, direction and enforces commitment to change. In conclusion, the findings imply that a combination of leadership and managerial skills can lead to successful change management. The preparation of an organization for change through effective communication with followers can influence successful organizational change.

Organizational Change is the need of the hour of current scenario of business arena. It involves an institution chaning its culture, operational methods, structure, strategies or technologies in the wake of chaging demand and patterns of demand. However this is very challenging and witholds great risk of failure. Organizations when decide to change out of the need of external environmental factors mainly they often gets sorrounded with a number of issues to tackle which makes the desired outcome of change process unmet. The issues which becomes hurdles in process of organizational change mainly involves wrong managemnet style adopted for change, employee resistance and unwillingness and failure to integrate change outcome. In order to understand how to implement the change process to get the desired result it is envitable to know about the factors which contribute to the success or failure of the process. Hence this dissertion attempts to assess the influence of the three factors - leadership style, employees’ reaction to change, and change outcomes management - on the result of change process through reviewing the literature. It has been found that transformational leadership style, organizational change readiness, and effective communication are key antecedents of successful change process. To have successful change outcome transformational leaders creates vision and maintain relationship with followers that encourages the followers to change and reducesthe resistance. Organizational readiness gets developed with effective planning, developing stratgeies to overcome resistance and proper and careful implementation of change. Communication splays essential roles in supporting the ex cecise of transformational leadership and in overcoming the resistance through providing clarity, direction and enforcing committment. Hence the findings suggests that a combination of transformational leadership and managerial skills of communications can lead to successful change managemnet.
