Explanation / Answer

I been following XXX from XXX who shows transformational leadership style and has been developing its Empire to a huge mark in by using that specific style of leadership.

Transformational leadership has its own limitations as the involvement of the leader with the followers could have been extended to a maximum extent. By getting involved with the team, sometimes the level of involvement create the problem between interaction of followers and leaders. This specific Barrier limits the productivity of the specific leadership program and cannot be used in some specific situations.

Transactional leadership also provide rigid support for the followers and can be very tough on the follower sometimes. Mentality of Management, leadership style directly imposes its orders on the followers which can produce some kind of redundancy in the work and decrease the overall efficiency.

XXX has always been helping his employees in an active manner and some of his main qualities are as follows which I found very influential.

Improving communication skills

Improving the communication skills is required for inside as well as outside world. A leader is nothing without proper communication skills. If a leader is not capable of conveying his ideas or delivering motivation to the Employees then the leadership would definitely fail.

Leading outside work

Leader should not only lead inside the organisation but also outside their office work. By looking into the employees problem and understanding the situations are also an essential part of leadership. Showing empathy to the Employees and to the following is also essential qualities of a leader which would be developed inside the organisation as well as outside the organisation.

Team management system

Learning about in management is also very essential for a leader. By developing effective teams, overall performance of the organisation can be widely improved. Having better Team Management process also increases the thought process of the leader which definitely helps an organisation to grow more positively into the society.

Building ability to justify

Justification between the right and wrong things inside as well as outside the organisation is essential for a leader. By having an understanding of the right and wrong things regarding his work could be very beneficial for increasing the overall compatibility as well as reducing errors and limitations regarding different aspects of the organisation.

Giving motivation

Giving motivation to the Employees is also an essential part of leadership. Building leadership capabilities including motivating the employees is also very essential. Inside an organisation motivation is required to successfully overcome different challenges inside the organisation and to improve the workplace structure.

Adequate guidance

Guiding by showing expertise level at many situations has been one of the most important part of his leadership approach. This specific type of leadership implementation has influenced me in a positive way as well as guided me to be a better learner.

All in all I can say that XXX has influenced me to work hard consistently to achieve my goals as well as set up my outcome according to my hard work. The specific type of motivation can only be done via search specific personality and this is specific traits can be talk to any people by using specific approaches and the leadership style can also be practiced by a consistent efforts.
