Explanation / Answer

The employement Law is important because it provides

Protection for employees: Employee-Employer relationship is like regulated master-servant relationship. Employee works for employer for wages or salary. If it is left unregulated, then employer can abuse the authority by playing lowe wages, unappropriate sackings and other labour violations.

Protection for Managers:- Emplyee-Employer relationship is equal relationship. Managers have right to employ right people to jobs and also expect the employees to perform the job as expected by them and as per organization policies. If any employee refuses to do so can be taken to task and manager here gets protection and will lot come under labour violations.

Stability to Organization: Organization gets stability regarding their HR activities as both employees and managers have equal protection and can perform their duties for which they have been hired and has been mentioned in hiring contracts. Violations by any party in this contract are taken to task by Employement laws. This ensures nobody in the hierarchy of the organization ever violate laws and ensure that organization and economic stability is maintained.

Employment regulation is necessary as it helps to arbitrate any disputes between Employee and employer in a fair manner. This regulations would be consistent across all labour disputes across organizations
