1)Creative problem solving is not a sudden process although ita involves deep thinking,its a practice of of solving particular problem and to reach goal.
Three major concept with people creative problemsolver are as follows :
*Diversity-cps is a process of solving problem in original and previously unknown solution .it is approach that actively with creativity solve problem.
*Ownership - creative problem solver must have feeling of ownership he must solve problem as its own problem .If he will not get feeling of belongingness he will not able to solve problem .
*Tast expertise-cps must have experience in problem solving in particular field .If he do not have experience he will not able to solve problem.
2)I think i am singnificant becuase i am active on the qorkplace i am aware about my goal i know what to achieve ,when to achieve and how to achieve with these three question i focused on my target and aware about external environment as well like threats and opportunity that is present is external environment .
Awareness of external environment for any business context becuase threats that is present in external environment business has to aware about it and opportunity that is present in external environment business has to grab it therefore it is important to keep your eyes on external environment.
