Dear ABC,

I am glad to share the news that I have been awarded as the Best Team Player for quarter II. Since I contributed to the team’s performance by motivating and guiding others in the completion of a special project in the journals department where I was a Journal Manager, I was rewarded for being the best team player. Also, I helped other team members in quality checking their emails, guiding in their process, etc contributed to my role. Also, I was titled as the Special Point of Contact (SPOC) for standardizing the journal wordings for different types of journals. The main role was to cascade the information to other team members, application teams and the supplier teams. This is a very crucial role because correct information needs to be cascaded quickly to other members in the organization because the standardized words need to be published in the upcoming journal issues.

As a leader I guide, motivate, delegate my team members so that the team and the organizational goals are achieved. My strong point is having good interpersonal skills and having positivity in the thoughts. Since I aspire to become a Team Manager, I have planned to apply for the program which provides training to be an effective Team Manager for the selected candidates. Being a Team Manager will help me to guide team to achieve the organizational goals and assist in smooth implementation of the change efforts since publishing is a fast paced dynamic environment.

With love,
