The organization always seeks a good ethical balance and the workforce also needs this ethical structure to maintain the performance of the organization. The leader should follow the path of the conscious capitalism in the organization for enriching the benefits standards of human beings and the environment by choosing the best business strategies in the organization. The conscious capitalism which a leader should focus is: Focus on Leadership, Structure of stakeholders, Focus on culture, and Necessary purpose.

4.
