Leadership is the most challenging aspects of the organization; the entire works outcome is depending on a leader who motivates his/her teammates to do work effectively so that the target is fulfilled and the goal is achieved in the organization. The organization is incomplete without a proper leader; the proper leader will always maintain a good working culture in the organization so to maintain the work boost. A leader holds the quality to make the work done effectively; a good leader will always give the space to its teammates to work freely and always accept the new ideas which help the organization to work better.      

The most important factors are the ethical decision-making process which is very likely acceptable in the organization. The organization always seeks a good ethical balance and the workforce also needs this ethical structure to maintain the performance of the organization. The leader should follow the path of the conscious capitalism in the organization for enriching the benefits standards of human beings and the environment by choosing the best business strategies in the organization. The conscious capitalism which a leader should focus is: Focus on Leadership, Structure of stakeholders, Focus on culture, and Necessary purpose.

The situation may be different as per the conscious capitalism of maintaining the leadership qualities with the variable criteria. In each criterion new aspects of making effective business will be seen.

The conscious capitalism criteria:

1.      Leadership on constant focus: The leadership performance is necessary to rebuild in the organization to make the constant focus and to maintain the performance of the organization.

2.      Structure of stakeholders: It is basically maintaining a long-term relationship with customers, employees and the entire community, with only improving on the stakeholders the brand cannot excel the height. It is the duty of a leader to maintain the process.

3.      Focus on culture: It basically tells the maintenance of the trust, goodwill, and reputation in the organization so that the best effort can be made by working with the team and also connects the stakeholders for the purpose of effective company process.

4.      Necessary purpose: The Company always need to give maximum efficiency in the work and to deliver the best outcome in the organization it requires always to value the stakeholders and on the other hand great leaders also need to inspire the organization teammates, also the entire workforce to re-formulate the business in the organization.

The concept of conscious capitalism is as important as to make organizational strategies. To maintain the organization good work culture it is necessary to maintain an ethical environment in the organization and also to keep a long-term relationship with the stakeholders. But, the customers and employees also need to be truly valued for this purpose to generate a high growth in the organization so to fulfill the performance and efficiency goals can be achieved.
