Our paintings are packaged, handled, shipped and fixed with extreme care and quality which involves using the best materials and explicit instructions to the shippers and handlers. However, due to some unknown issue, the paintinig has damaged. We reveiwed your replacement request but we apologise to say that our company doesn't have the policy of refund or replacement for any products.
