Kalamazoo is a city in Michigan US. This area offers lot os science, technology and historical kind of exhibits and has plenty of research institutions.

1: Atmoshpere and location for cofee hous should depict the Kalamazoo culture and the ambience should be related to the culture. This helps in bringing the cultural affinity and it can be transferred to the customers easily.

3: Market segmetation: The cofee shop should focus on daily visitors as well as touristors to the areas. Daily visitors like employees in insititutions, research students ( where they usually spend time in hangout points for discussions) and for tourist they have to widen their spread to incorporate to meet their apetite based on meals.
