The three different levels found in a company are:

At Top Level management, Strategic decisions are taken. The time horizons for these are usually one to five years. These are critical for long term planning and success of the organization

At Middle Level, Tactical decisions are taken. They are focused towards implementation of Strategic decisions. Example: Hiring of manpower, workflow structure, distribution channel etc. The time horizon is 3 months to 1 year

At Low Level, Operational decisions are taken. They are focused on implementation of Tactical and decisions and are related to day to day work. The time horizon is from one day to three months. They are mostly repetitive and repeat work related
