Classical Conditioning Theory- In marketing, Classical Conditioning is a form of associative learning where your mind is intentionally trained to associate different behaviors or feelings with products or brands. Marketers always want their product/service offerings to stand out from the rest. Thus, they position their brand and try and differentiate it from the competitors. An example of Classical Conditioning Theory is in Coca-Cola ads. There ads always states “open happiness”, which would make you associate Coca Cola with happy thoughts or feelings. Coca Cola always associates its product with some type of music as well. Do you agree with this post? If yes why?

Classic conditioning theory in marketing mainly explains people associating two stimuli in their minds and react to one of them as though it was the other which is happening.
In the given example, coca - cola always associates the " open happiness " tag line with its ads. It indirectly associated the happiness thought with its ads an music for the product.
So when ever a customer buys a coca - cola product, he directly associates the happiness feeling with the product while experiencing, And the same time, during happy occassions the coca cola is the main product, which gets struck to the audiences who experienced the ads.
