Diversity in America is very significant, which intertwines into the workforce. Many people in the United States come from different cultures and backgrounds. Advanced technology will keep companies and organizations up to date to meet the level of where certain people are at. Because of the various backgrounds people come from, it is crucial for managers to provide different methods through technology that will perfect the skils of staff members. Immigrants are a huge part of the American workforce. More companies are relying on the support from immigrants to run their countries, so technology must be put in place to accommodate all languages for the company to succeed in all aspects. Technology is advancing all the time, and it is limiting positions for many companies. Why would companies need to pay someone to do a particular position when they have technology? Technology can make things easier for companies and organizations and allows them to save money. Also when companies solely rely on technology. it can become a hassle because of technological glitches and errors. Companies think they will be savirng money on not paying people to run their technology, but they do need to hire someone to fix the issues. At my old job, we relied on technology only. was a computer system that ran the company, and it constantly had issues that needed to bed fixed. Some days we would sit there for at least an hour out the day because the system had froze, and we waited for someone to come fix it. I would disagree on being completely depend on technology, as in modern world you need technology as well as humans also because when the technology going to fail or have problem no technology or robots can fix themselves only another human can solve the problem and find the proper way to deal with that kind of errors or problem. Companies who solely depends on technology going to suffer later as there would no humans to fix their problem and they need to rely on some human at last to fix their problem from outside. Sole dependence on technology can bring problems for companies rather than solution.
