Based on the latest survey results about emerging markets, what opportunities should your current company or you as a student be looking into in the near future?

In McKinsey Survey, employees were asked about their company's adoption and focus of trends in digital market. They found that their companies were using digital technology to reach more customers through new channels.
Based on the survey, my company and I as a student will be looking for more opportunities into the field of digital marketing. We will decide the priority list in the first step. Customer Engagement will have topmost priority. I would advise the company to use online tools for employee performance evaluation and other tasks. Opportunities for digital marketing will be huge as per the results about emerging markets. The career opportunities will grow along with the monetory terms. A fresher, graduate, can easily get a job of salary around 25k per month to 6 lac per annum.
