The scope should include the following points:  

1.Project scope – It will cover a requisite area for the food court and need to hire chef in rotational shift as IT companies have different shifts of days, evening and nights. Food standard and quality needs to be maintained. Delivery of the fresh foods and vegetable for managing different shifts and adequate quantity.
2.Defines what needs to be done – Start with finding out the number of employees in an organization and estimate the number of employees that lives without their family as identifying the relevant customers is must to judge the quantity of the food required then followed by assembling the accessories and electronics which we will require to run the premises and finding out the suitable chefs for the same.
3.All the work that must be done to produce all the project deliverables, satisfy the sponsor or customer that all the work and deliverables meet the requirements or acceptance criteria, and accomplish the project objective.

Quality must be maintained at high priority. To serve the best quality food, start with fresh deliverables of vegetables and fruits to manage all the three shifts. Continue feedback from the employees on taste and quality to be appreciated. To manage the crowd the chef must be qualified enough to cook the required quantity along with some helper. Electronics required for the same must be there. And they need to come on time so that ready food must be available. If any license required to run such business, that must be obtained. Proper contract with the premises holder must be held.
