Q1. Myres Briggs test Indicator ia a type of personality test, that may encourage their employees to reveal their four letters type ( E for Extrovert, S for sensing, T for thinking and J for judging) so that others in the organisation can better understand the personality.

Q2. The Organisation used this test to select people for particular position.

Q3. in this only only one Dimensions is considered the best that is ( ESTJ) by which they compare the traits of the individual , which several times are not sufficient to chose for job as it left the Social Situation behavior.
