sporadic disease refers to a disease that ocurs infrequently and irregularly --- which means that the cause of the disease whether bacteria or virus is not able to produce the effects of diisease so easily.

2. there are numerous known risk factors for meningococcal disease , incidence is influenced strongly by age and with infants having the highest risk . in the meningittis belt of sub saharan africa , epidemics commduring the dry seasn and end with onset of monsoon season.

3. nosoocomial infection is also known as hospital acquired infection . they are commonly transmitted when health care providers become complascent and donot practice correct hygiene regularly .since medical staff move from patient to patient , staff themselves serve as a means for spreading pathogens , so the staff acts as vectors
