Definitely analysis should have helped jamie to be more productive and to provide adequate information regarding the specific training program. Any Complex training program development should be given to Jamie she would have definitely increased the overall efficiency of the specific training program by having an understanding of planning and other procedures involved in search operations.
If jamie had carried out proper analysis then the overall available methods for forecasting as well as creating an initial response system would have been much easier. Her training was not effective as she does not have a specific understanding of practical situation which is the main motive behind providing training to an employee. Best low quality training directly reduced the overall efficiency of Jamie and this type of training was not appropriate as it does not provide any kind of understanding of a practical situation which is the main motive of the specific training programs. Jamie has done proper analysis of the river then she would have been more comfortable with cleaning the river bed and the similar situation.
High quality qualitative as well as quantitative analysis of alphabet would have been the most beneficial parts of this type of cleaning program and should have increased understanding of Jamie regarding the same aspect of developing a new program for cleaning the river.
