Accused right include right to be trial by the Jury as well as running of the specific trial in a very timely manner is also one of the main write that an accused have in the legal system of United States of America. There is a specific right of information about the nature and specific causes of all the accusations. These are the three basic rights of an accused.

Definitely these rights are adequate for an accused as they provide enough freedom and Justice to be trialed . All of these basic rights are for an accused and should not be increased or decreased as they provide better opportunity for an accused as well as speed up the justification process.

Definitely our constitution should include bill of rights for crime victims as well. Each and every victim of crime deserve a specific role in criminal process which constitutes a protection for criminal defendants with specific right of the victims. Victims should also have the right to look into the matter of proceedings of the case at a timely manner.
