1) In case of engaging with employees who are upset and angry and who are in a wrong position, it is inherently hazardous as they won’t be willing to listen to counter view and hence the discussion might be futile.
2) The hazard is that the particular employee might have a negative impact on the group and can prove demotivating to other members of the group due to his critical nature.
3) The set of circumstances may be influencing other fellow workers due to his complaining nature, bad mouthing the employer in public forum or create embarrassing situations in the office which can impact reputation of the employer.
4) By ensuring procedural justice and ensuring a fair and transparent process to assess the wrong doings and setting proportionate punishment, the chances of employee complaint is minimized.
5) The importance of career advancement is very important for employee retention and it applies at all level. This is so because it provides employee with an assurance that the company is serious about their professional well being which in turn promotes loyalty. This feeling of loyalty can be developed in a similar manner across all levels and hence applies across levels of employees.
6) Very high level of employee turnover is dangerous and undesirable as it ensures that continuity is not there in business operations with regards to resource availability and this can cause disruption in the business.
