I have to write a paper on a change-agent interview. I have the question, but the syllabus does not give me an example of the paper. Not sure if the professor is asking for the transcript of the interview or the result of the interview.

Change-Agent Interview and Paper

This paper is designed for each student to create an interview protocol (list of interview questions) focused on leading a major organizational or community change, conduct an interview with someone who was responsible for a change initiative, and write a paper focused on the interviewee’s change initiative, process for leading the change, and lessons learned from leading the change initiative. It is your responsibility to find someone to interview, but I am available to consult with during the process.

As per the question posted by the professor, the objective of the paper is to conduct an interview with a change-agent and analyze the change initiative. The paper must be focused on the objective of the change initiative, the implications, the benefit or the change brought by the change initiative. Once, you have done all this, you need to illustrate the key takeaways or the key learnings that you have from this project.
