I would like to know how well you are ready to get your final project done. You can find some questions related to organizational development in the template for the final project. One of the questions is to introduce a simple, creative program (or activity) that will help team members be more market oriented in the "change" stage. Provide it and explain why it is effective to change team members' behaviors. (4 points). To better understand the question, please take a look at the video lecture about chapter 19.

At the change stage, it is imperative thate the team members should be market oriented. In an organisation, it is essential that the understanding of th customer should exist with all business fucntions. With respect to market only inclination to understanding the customer behaviour is not sufficient. It is also important that the market study such as understanding the product maturrity, competition, and suppliers should also exist, not just with the sales / marketing department but across the value chain across different functions such as supply chain, finance etc.,
A design thinking prototype acrtivity where each of the members is asked to come up with a prototype business model for a product category and the different work groups are asked to compete in the market simluation based scenario would be an effective activity in setting a market oriented mindset.
