Explanation / Answer
Before getting in to the direct answer, let’s try to enlighten the position I am in so that the final answer could be suggestive. As I am in to Recruitment services, The Company runs only when the Business is created by more and more joining of candidates. Let’s answer the questions given.
1) As far as the work that I am doing is concerned, The Manager-Employee relationship works better when the employee is given “Autonomy” to perform their tasks. Because, Autonomy is a way of desire to self-directed towards the work. At the end of each quarter there will be meetings of success to celebrate and maintaining sometime to prepare for the next quarter. Is this the way the Recruitment Company works for better service to their clients. The reference will definitely will the Top Recruitment companies like Kelly Services, Randstand Services, Allegies Serives, Tek Systems etc.
2) This happens when the employee is very good at learning new ways of work by refreshing every month end. As far as the Recruitment is concerned it is also plays an important role as Mastery refers to urge to get better at stuff of the work, Challenging mastery and making contribution. At the end of every month, these kind of energetic works will be done so that the refreshing minds will definitely go ahead with good work. Here, at my work, we do the refreshing work by going outings and mingling with employees every month end.
3) The Purpose is way of contributing the end work to the people free. But, as far as the Recruitment is concerned, the competition will stays always in this corporate world. The ‘Purpose’ will definitely give employee motivation when the employee and company is satisfied. So, the ‘Purpose’ in the field of Recruitment is best explained with the example of LinkedIn. LinkedIn will provide a great platform to showcase all the details of employees so that they will get good opportunities posted by the Recruiters and everyone.
