It is recommended that safety and legal precautions be taken from OSHA Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA). Training and employee assistance programs will be implemented with step by step instructions. Causes of the Issue:

Harmonious relation is lacking between the employers and the employees and conflicts on small issues arise one after the other. The conflicts is catching the eye of social media and bringing a negative image of the organization in front of everyone. Some of the causes of the issue are:

The employers did not create a flexible work environment for the employees and provided them with a rigid workplace.
The employees were not given a chance to participate in the matters affecting them at present or in the future.
Decisions were imposed on to the employees and they were forced to fulfill the targets set.
No authority was given out to the employees and they were not authorized to take any kind of decision on their own.

Costs associated with the issue:

The goodwill of the company is harmed as the people will not trust the company anymore.
The company will lose upon the loyal and trustworthy employees if they will not give harmonious environment to them.

The revenue generation will decline drastically as no efforts will be put in the production process, rather all will be spent on conflict management.
