As the director of human resources we must ensure that the hotel has good and cooperating staff. Hospitality plays an important role in the success of the hotel. We must conduct programs where the staff aere trained on various skills required for the job . We must take feedbacks from the customers regularly and must respond immediately if any problem occurs. Hiring and training must be done by experts with the help of the management. Cndidates with high qualifications must be hired so that there will be not lack of experience in hospitality. Employee evaluation must be done on regular basis so that any improvements that are required can be made.
