This assignment is from my Real Estate Class with the course materiel being the book Real Estate Principles 12th Ed by Charles J. Jacobus.

I need to do a writing assignment answering this situation on the bottom of this question.

Could you please help me with this situation?

The learning objectives for the Writing Assignments are

Apply several of the course concepts/topics to real world problems/situations; we want to be certain that you recognize how you can use these concepts in the future.

Integrate several course concepts so you understand how the concepts can impact one another. The concepts in this course are not isolated and unrelated; they intertwine with one another. We want to be certain that you can merge the application of concepts as well as distinguish among concepts as necessary to answer a question or resolve a situation.

Practice concise, professional written communication. Writing requires thinking. Concise writing requires thorough thinking, drafting, rethinking, reviewing, refining and more. Professionals repeat the steps of reviewing and refining several times to reach the necessary level of professional writing. This assignment is an opportunity for you to practice that skill.

The Writing Assignment poses a problem or situation requiring you to identify, integrate and apply several concepts from the course. You are required to keep your response concise. If it takes, for example, more than six to eight well-written sentences to answer the question, you should carefully review and refine the response to enhance its clarity and conciseness.
