I have to write a Technical Feasiblilty report for my charity, which is a non profit organization called Pennies for Pups. There are some grammar mistakes within the scope. I'm looking for help with writing the Technical Feasibility report.

Project Scope Statement of BPP Report:

Project Description: We are a non- profit organization, known as Pennies for Pups ! We are a dog shelter collecting donations to create a more efficient system which will create a smoother transitions which will deduce cost.

Problem/ Opportunity Statement: Writing out thank you’s for donations given to the Non- Profit Organization called Pennies for Pups, which is a dog shelter.

Project Objective: The objective of the Baseline Project Plan is to create a more effective and less time consuming. By creating this system emails can be sent to donors instead of letters in the mail.

Project Problem: Pennies for Pups appreciates the many donates we receive, however sending our donors thanks and updates for the organization through the mail is not only time consuming, but it is costly as well.

Benefits: The benefits of coming up with this system, for our non profit organization is that cost would be cut and it would be less consuming. In addition, the workers who take their time to write out thank yous can be replaced by electronic thank yous and the money used to pay the worker can be put towards something else.

Project scope: Pennies for Pups is looking to create an efficient system related to writing of "thank you's" after it has received donations.

Project requirements: Pennies for Pups will require equipments in the form of computers and laptops and a dedicated internet connection. This will enable the organization to reply through e-mails, rather than hand written notes. The project will also require people with necessary computer skills.

Project location: The equipments and the hardware will be located in the office of the organization.

Project benefits: Successful implementation of the project will result in a more efficient system. The efficient system will lead to savings of time as well as resources.

Project Benefits and Costs: Cost to benefit ratio will be in the favor of the project as the tangible costs in terms of cost of updating the system and intangible costs in terms of regular maintenance will be lower than the benefits in terms of savings accrued from the new and efficient process.
