One is to offer services to a wide array of customers in several states of the United States. The other is to deliver products in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. You are required development a distribution strategy that will deliver products and services in the previously mentioned territories. When developing your strategy discuss what potential challenges that may exist. distribution is the process of delivering the product or service from the producer to the customer. product will be prepared in one place but it has to reach customers who are existed in different areas of the world. for this we need to develop strategies based on natuer of the product, nature of the service and where the customer is existed.

for this first we need to know how the customer used to buy a product, i.e. in which way, is it from a wholesaler or through a retail outlet or through online?

based on his strategy we need to choose one distribution type; suppose if the customer choosen to buy it through a retailer, we should appoint retailers and make our product available to them.

there will be different channels to serve our product and service, choose one alternative of distribution.

at last choose and find right partners at each level and in each nation, US, canada and in mexico, and do agreements with them.

maintain the relations with the middlemen and fulfill the needs of the customers.
