As per the background narrated in the text, as a home builder with 20+ year track record of very successful and profitable construction projects, my acceptance to the customer's demand to follow the Agile Project Management model for construction of their home is based on the moral and ethic values as well as on the flexible financial implications on account of flexibility required under the Agile Project Management model. In todays world there are large number of persons and or families who demands agile project management model for construction of their homes and being a professional I must do everything to satisfy my customers. In the construction work, it is very common to have flexible approach and allows changes in the plans as found to be necessary during its implementations. Every day something new is happening, may be in terms of the raw materials, may be on the process front, may be in the form of pre-fabricated semi and or finished products, and or may be the governments rules and regulations pertaining to safety and security norms, utilization of space, green cover, open space, utilization of water and electricity etc.. In nutshell, I will accomodate the agile project management model for the construction of home. Customer being a professional Project Manager for a software development consulting firm, is an added advantage because he is expected to know the ins-outs, and pros and cons related to agile project management model concepts.
