Explanation / Answer
Situation = Government state election had conducted few days before election result announced.
Tactic which was used by ruling party, past 5 years they were implemented public welfare schemes, more poor people get welfare; students used free laptops which was given by government, for ladies and senior citizen some schemes were announced successfully that all implemented. However 5 years rolled over election date were declared, political parties started their propaganda released manifesto given advertisement through internet etc. But ruling party never to do this wherever they gone for propaganda they spoken about their welfare schemes which was given by this party.
Before and After poll sample were taken by media broad casting from the viewers 85% predicted that ruling party would get loss in this selection. But Actual result shown ruling party won and set a record.
Same tactic that I am going to use in the organization achievement, Believe hard work and concentrate on rights and responsibilities of the job, be active, be updated skill and knowledge which is needed for my department, be touch with technology advancement. These are the tactic would give me a success. Never concentrate on what others are speaking, thinking about me.
