Speaking and Writing would be most useful way to me to become more inspirational and emotion provoking leader. Inorder to become more effective leader, I need to be more communicative and should try to support team all the time . So I need to speak with the team orally or by writting. It is important as it avoids communication gap with the team. it helps to bring strong bonding with the team members .Now how can I do it ? I can speak to team members , understanding their problems, explaining their mistakes and suggesting their areas of improvement. I can do all these by gaining their confidence . Gaining the team confidence is possible only if I learn from the mistakes done by me or others , gain knowledge and experience .
My current level of skill is understanding the problems of the team by listening from members of team. A good listerner can be a good leader. So I focus of improvement will be bring in more patience , improve my listening skills. This will help me in focusing more on solutions that team needs and it helps me driving every individual in right direction.
