One of such unpleasant event was special bonus given to the same nationality employees from the company side and some promotion preference for same nationality employees were also taken into consideration. All this preference were given irrespective of performance or seniority in the company.
I have responded firstly through the employee engagement team of HR.I have address the issue first in form of e-mail and asked for a one to one session with them as per the availability. Me and some of my colleagues also come forward to ask about their new decision regarding giving un wanted privilege to native employees.
Employer has taken our concern very seriously and asked for a collective discussion from the representatives of other nationalities. Then they seek our opinion and told us that this privilege is given to them to retain those employees as there are so many attrition happening among the employees from the same nation. Thus finally we agreed upon a mutual consent to give some benefits based on performance and some based on nationality as well. The program worked really well as the employer has taken a right stand to address the issue and resolved it.
