As the Chief Talent Officer(CTO) for a large urban city with a population of 1,000,000(+), you are responsible for the city meeting all compliances and regulations. You must bring the city into compliance with the latest rulings that affect your workforce.

Parental leave benefit policy-include in the new births, adoption and foster care services.
Explanation / Answer
As a CTO i would take note of the mayor ruling and ensure that their is a strict compliance of the order and writing a letter to the Mayor about the directives.

Dear Sir,
Honble court has given the order for following the parental leave benfit policy to the corporates and the industry people. This order has been given with immediate affect and has to brought in practise from tomorrow onwards. You are requested to keep a note of it and see that the same is adopted and implemented hastlee free. As a CTO i am directing all the concerned people to strictly follow the ruling and should ensure strict compliance of the same.
