Corporate Crime: Company USA has oil operations overseas. To lure top executives to relocate to this volatile area, Company USA puts together a private security force comprised of former soldiers and top security personnel. Company USA sends this security force to the location and pays them, houses them, and feeds them in exchange for them living in the Company USA community and providing protection to the Company USA employees. While there, many members of the force rape, torture and commit other criminal acts against the local population. Company officials in the community turn a blind eye. Its not a corporate crime, but its an organised crime from the security force. Company USA has to ensure the culture and qualit of security staffs before sending them to such a community. It the responsibility of company official to give protection to the life and the integrity of all eecutives and their family. As they turned blind eye on this issue it has to be considered as a srious brech of trust from the company side and they have to be sued.
