This is to inform you that chemical dvision has lost $ 200000 last year , and it is expected to get even worst this year.

The current debt of the company is $740000 related to the chemical division . Now if the company gets loss of $200000 more this year, then debt will rise to $940000

Si it is suggested that to sell the chemical division which is valued around half a million and only 10 employees in the chemical divsion needs to be layed off. The debt at the end of year would come down to $240000
