Protein can be considered as the buiding block of human body. Be it muscles, be it antibody or any harmone, everything is made up of protein

so protein is a necesaary necessity for human being

advantages of a high protein diet is there is a weight loss in the body and the muscle growth is good. But after some time the LDL will increase which is a bad type of cholestrol moreover headache,irritability will increase . High protein diet in begining can give feeling of decrease in cholestrol but it is all for few initial days

Athelets need quick energy, these diets give less retention to fats but simultaneously have adverse effects
