Explanation / Answer

reaction for ionisation of acetic acid is:

CH3COOH   <—>   CH3COO-   +   H+

so, adding NaOH will react with H+ and ionisation will increase

Adding CH3COO- will favour backward reaction and ionisation will decrease

More the concentration of CH3COO-, lesser will be the ionisation

Answer:

2)0.1 M CH3COOH plus 0.2 M CH3COONa
