Can someone please help me with D, E, & F... All 3 of them i am super lost and my work is all wrong. i NEED work shown.. and how u guys did it... please! thank you! I will give 5 stars and best reviews!

iii, how many grams of each? d. Calculate the mass of 4.55 L of HCl gas at STP. e. Find the molecular mass of a gas having a density of a gas having a density of 0.00481 g/mL at STP f. Write a balanced equation for the reaction you caused to occur in this assignment. Solve the following problems, assume that you used a sample with a mass of 2.550 grams, If the sample was pure KCIO3 and it was completely decomposed into KCI and O2, fill in the following blanks

Explanation / Answer

(d) At STP,

1 mol of any gas occupies 22.4 L of volume

so, 22.4 L of volume occupied by 1 mol (or) 36.5 g. of HCl

then, 4.55 L of volume occupied by 4.55 * 36.5 / 22.4 = 7.41 g. of HCl

(e)

At, STP,

Temperature, T = 273.15 K

Pressure, P = 1 atm

Density, d = 0.00481 g/mL = 4.81 g/L

Then molar massm, M = ?

Assuming, ideal behaviour,

P V = n R T

P V = (m/M) R T
P M = (m/V) R T
P M = d R T
M = d R T / P
M = 4.81 * 0.0821 * 273.15 / 1

M = 108. g/mol

(f)

2 KClO3 (s) ----------> 2 KCl (s) + 3 O2 (g)
