3. Since Vitamin C is excreted continuously, it is not possible to get too much.

4. Yes, other metals can also destroy the vitamin C content of foods. Vitamin C is actually a mild acid, such as citric acid, so the metals which are basic in character can neutralise the acidic content of vitamin C. Example, copper, zinc etc.
