#b. False. N-atom is more electronegative than C-atom. So, N-atoms draws electrons from a C-atom more strongly towards itself than a C-atom draws electrons from another C-atom.

So, C-N covalent bond is stronger than C-C bonds. Greater is the difference in electronegativity of constituents atoms in a covalent bond, stronger is the bond.
