We Know that :    The Concentration of Vanillin for onebottel is to be calculated .     One bottel of Vanillin contains 8fluid oz        According to Conversionfactor :            1 fluid oz = 28 ml             8 fluid oz = 28 ml x 8 fluid oz                              = 224 ml        density of the vanillingiven as : 1.00 g / ml                   Weight of the substance = 224 ml x 1.00 gm /ml                                                          = 224 gm.         It indicatesthat 1 gm of substance is present in 1 ml of solvent.              The concentration of the substance is 10-3 mg / ml.
