mass % is given = 50.5 %
density = 1.54 g/mL
molarity = mass % x 10 x density / molar mass ----------------> formula
= 50.5 x 10 x 1.54 / 40
= 19.44 M

C2 = 0.1 M
V2 = 250 mL
dilution formula :
C1 V1 = C2 V2
19.44 x V1 = 0.1 x 250
