A- divergent boundary condition is acting there and there expected movement is-

pacific plates- northwest
B- Seattle,Washington Portland and Oregon should be worried because volcano situates there or near by them are active which can affect tremendusly where as on the other hand volcano near by San Francisco, Los Angeles and San Diego are not active so yet safe.
