part 2=Population control is any method utilized to control the kind, location & number of persons inhabiting the earth. Public debate is strictly restricted though to non-coercive ways in fulfilling any one of these aims, particularly in relation to reducing population. The only psychologically & socially acceptable solution available to governments while discussing lessening the world’s populace is education. Whereas other methodologies are debated they are only rarely used / even discussed with any actual publicity. These comprise different methodologies of taxing & other forms of economic disincentives. These methodologies are essential to note as excepting success of the educational resolution path , the financial or administrative disincentives will likely become a methodology of population reduction. But, this methodology is only actually available where there is certain level of wealth & a reasonably well- developed governmental organizations capable of executing such a regimen. In the list provided foregoing an income tax deduction and forced sterilization do not seem to be favourable options for a country like India .
