This assignment requires you to complete the following tasks.

Federal system:
Federal system is a structure of government where the central government controls some of the roles of the important functions like foreign policy, monetary policy and currency.
The states have a say in the system but through long process. Federal government also engages in direct trade with other nations and also formulate most of the regulations regarding foreign trade and currency situation.
Federal government also protects the country againist all foreign threats and keeps country safe.
Rights and responsibilities of citizens:
In democractic framework citizens hold ultimate power, They are the ones who decides who rules their country. Right to vote is the fundamental right given by the constitution and it is very important to keep democracy alive.
Citizens have right to question almost most of the government agencies which operate in country and abroad, They have right to information about what the government is doing and government in general will provide the information asked for
Citzens have right to property, education but they have limited rights to health care.
Responsibility:
They have responsibility to defend their country againist all foreign and domestic threats
They have responsibilty to take care of the older generation which have already retired
They have to act responsibly when pressing their civil liberties and must protest peacefully.
