I need some help writing a letter for a professor that I used to work with. A prospective employer is asking me for a teaching certificate or some kind of proof about me working as a teaching assistant for his class. I worked for him during the spring of 2014 and I also was a lab teaching assistant for that class. I need the letter to ask the professor if he could help me to obtain a certificate or the proof required to present it to the prospective employer. The letter needs to be very professional. Please help me with this. I will rate instantly.

I am (your name). I worked with under you as a Teaching Assistant around two years back in the springs of 2014 and resigned on .
Further, I would say that I submitted all the lab belongings before I left and I received my due salary, but i didn't recieved my experience certificate at that time .
The company where I have been appointed now is asking for these documents. Now, my joining completely depends on producing the documents.
Since i am not aware of the process to obtain the Experience certificate. So, I request you to please help me with the process to recieve these documents at your earliest convenience.
