the first parent is m|N and M|n

the possible gametes they can produce is done by crossing mN x Mn
So you get Mm, NM, Nn, Nn
(I do not think this is right can someone please explain?)

Now here is where i have my problem, which of these are recombinant and which are non-recombinant? and why (for me since I dont understand)

how do i get the frequencies for each parent for the 4 gametes if r=.0025 and are genes M and N on the same chromosome or 2 different chromosomes and why?
