Answer :- The above given structure is of transfer RNA or tRNA.
If we talk about the above given structure, then we already know that the essential part of tRNA are its anticodon and the terminal 3' hydroxyl group which can easily form the Easter linkage with an amino acid. There are also D-arm and T-arm which contribute to its high level of specificity and efficiency.
