8)  If you deny the inspector entry to a facility, EPA has the option of obtaining a search warrant and returning to the facility to conduct the inspection.

However, EPA reserves the right to conduct unannounced inspections. EPA understands that an inspection of your facility will require your time and participation and the EPA inspector will try to avoid disrupting your operation.
